A really friendly pub/restaurant and historical 3* hotel. Good menu. Well cooked food and fine selection of ales.

The food was reasonable. The drinks notably the soft drinks were expensive. A pint of soda water was 2. Room for improvement.

Nice traditional food. Very reasonable prices. Garry is a good host.

Very pleasant stay, room was separate from the main building and was clean and tidy. Shower was superb. Evening meal was good. Very polite staff, would recommend.
