Jane Hyde is excellent and identified and helped with my back problems from the first appointment! From a very low fitness level I can now I can do the Pilates class and WOW class (both excellent) to improve my fitness. Lovely clinic, delightful reception and lovely people who really do work with each individuals needs. Thank goodness I found them.
I can't praise this place enough. Jo and Jamie have got me through acute knee pain and very limited movement back to full strength and completely pain free in less than three months. The consultant was going to do an arthroscopy - not any more. I will be back regularly for knee rehab and workouts in 2019. Worth every penny.
