Michael is such a calm, caring and knowledgeable vet. A great practice with really supportive and caring staff.Spice, my 6 year old cat has developed glaucoma and has needed to have both lenses removed; an operation that must require precision and great skill. I absolutely trusted him completely to carry out the procedures not only with professionalism, but it felt as if he treated her as one of his own. A massive thank you to Michael and the team for looking after her so well... and for dealing with me as I was in shock, emotional and quite honestly all of a dither. Thank you. Forever grateful.
Great vets and service for my dogs
so i made a phonecall tonight about my hamster. i spoke to 2 ladies and then met with another lady to collect medicine for him. i have to say how lovely all 3 were i think one was called christina. you were all so kind and helpful and was absolutley first class service. thank you all so much. people only ever post negatives and never positives. will see what happens with jaws but you've all made me feel alot better in the meantime. thank you again xx
Kate has been absolutely brilliant. I was referred to her from St Boniface Vets in Crefiton for my miniature Jack Russell Charlie Bear, who had an eye problem, and I found Kate to be caring, sympathetic and so so good withCharlie Bear. She confirmed he had a foreign body in his eye, a seed, and once removed on the Saturday she contacted me regularly for four days of the following week to see how he was, even sent text messages etc., cant thank Kate enough Would definitely recommend along with my vets who saw this foreign body
