Very helpful & polite staff, nothing to much trouble, also will exchange or refund if a problem, unlike other pet shops locally, a couple of steps to get in shop so not wheelchair accessible, but I'm sure the staff would come to you and help
Always love supporting the local shops, great little pet shop who can also order in what i need if they havent got it in stock. Will always use them for my dog Archie who knows the staff in their very well.
Such a lovely shop to visit, in Tavistock for the day whilst staying in Devon for the weekend and we needed a new collar for our Chocolate Labrador. Its lovely to visit this shop and receive good advice, we enjoy being able to support independent retailers, the service and friendliness from the owners is wonderful and thats certainly the case here.
I went in to have a look and came away with black pudding chews ,which my little ratties loved . The staff were polite and helpful, definitely worth a look .
