A great car park within easy reach of the town or direct access to a river walk. Very reasonable all day parking and large enough to always find a space. Public Toilets on site but sometimes hit and miss if they're open.
A car park. I'm keen on the 2.50 all day fee, as you have no worries about having to dash back. The walk to town alongside the river is rather nice.

This is what I consider the main car park in Tavistock.There is a gate and fence within the car park which donates the short stay from the long stay.The long stay is through this gateway.From this car park you have a short walk into Tavistock town. You can either walk along the river or follow the path back on to the main road. From here it's about 6 to 10 minutes walk to the centre of the town.There is a toilet block situated near the entrance to the car park..As you exit the long stay there are metal traffic flow plates. These are designed to allow your vehicle to pass over when you exit the car park.
