Beautiful on a sunny day. This place is fun, educational, historic. So much to do here and a lot of shows/events/talks all throughout the day. Staff are very helpful and even more knowledgeable. Kids loved making their own bread, chocolate lollies and ropes, then tried their hands and mining some copper! A really great day out, food is also very good. 10/10

Very good 'living history' museum, with demonstrations and exhibits.We wondered how long our young children would be kept interested - the answer was the whole day.
Fantastic place to visit, my 4 children and I really enjoyed our day here. Lots to see, staff were friendly and fun. The scenery is breathtaking too
Absolutely brilliant place. All staff very very friendly. So much to do and see. Loved the activities my son loved doing them. Even got to go in a copper mine. Can't wait to go back again.
