Fifth time we've used GB Property to find a tenant for our property. The latest tenant was found very quickly and can't fault their service. Would definitely use them again.
Don't give information and tried to get me to come to their office to view their other flats instead of showing me the one I wanted to see which wasted both our time. Stopped responding as soon as I asked why which made it seem like a scam i am surprised they are a real agency.

We dealt with Glenda and she was very kind. She waited nearly an hour after closing for us to collect the keys as we was coming from Spain so we have a nice bottle of Spanish wine for her. They are very thorough in processing which they have to be . That did get a little frustrating but I appreciate that they act on behalf of the vendor. I would definitely recommend them as vendor or tenant...
