Great shop stocks a huge range of cooking and home goods, if they haven't t got they will order.
Generally good but customer service can be very hit and miss causing cognitive dissonance with their brand. Staff are often too absorbed in their tasks forgetting the needs or assisting customers

Poor showing. Wanted to pay for Traffic Wax 37 pounds which they ordered in for me. They then Refused to give me my Thursday 10 per cent discount. Not for bought in they said. Was shown long list of exceptions...does not include bought in goods...however still refused to give it to me. What a shame. Will buy online elsewhere from now on.
