Very disappointed with the rude and abrupt service when you came to fit my 88yr-old mother's bathroom carpet. We had agreed that we would dispose of the old carpet to avoid your extra disposal charge. You then insisted on charging her an extra 40 for taking up the old carpet (all 3 sq. m of it!!) without disposing of it. She paid the bill to avoid further unpleasantness, but we're not happy about it.
