I ordered online and received a call to explain that the flowers were out of stock after the new year. No problem as a replacement bouquet was recommended and delivered on time, with a much appreciated personal touch. Excellent service, many thanks
Purchased a bouquet of flowers for my partner. I was assured that they were fresh and had been prepared the previous evening however upon opening them the stems were found to be rotten with mould growing on them. All of the heads proceeded to fall off. Clearly not fresh at all. Upon returning the flowers to the shop the next day the female staff member was incredibly rude and pretentious, claiming that I must have left the flowers in the car for some time before presenting them to my partner. All in All, awful flowers and awful service.

Best florist in Tavistock used a few times with excellent results and fresh flowers that have lasted more than a week easily. Tried others in Tavistock but the service is exceptional. They aren't in the same location any more but opposite the camera shop near Costa Coffee (roughly four or five shops back down the high street from the old shop on the corner)
