Awesome service!When Curry's had failed to deliver a washing machine and fridge freezer to our new home, not once but twice, Towls saved the day and our Christmas! We moved into our new home with no appliances in mid December and had 2 'failed' deliveries by Curry's. So we cancelled our order and went to Towls in Tavistock on recommendation of our neighbours. Towls were great. The items we wanted were in store and they delivered them for FREE and installed them for FREE that same day - Christmas EVE! In total they were cheaper than Curry's but with far better service. Goes to show how shopping local is far better. Towls will get my recommendation every time.

If I could do a Minus score I would I ordered 2 hover belts which I ordered on a Monday was told be in by Wednesday at the latest, NO after me phoning them & hearing in the background we phone her when they come in, I didn't get the phone call till late Tuesday the following week,. I went in Wednesday to get them No apology for such a long wait Then used the hover and guess what one of the belts snapped, I phoned on Thursday & told them what happen to get that shouldn't happen are you sure you got it from us, then told bring in in Tomorrow Which I did to get told NO can't & Won't replace or refund saying its my fault Saying I caused it by jamming the brushes with the tassels that broken off my rug . To which I informed him that I don't have any rugs and brush bar was clear, then told I put it on wrong, to which I informed him I know how to put it on & put spare on which is OK. Still refused to replace or refund
Started going to this shop when I was in my 20s now in my 60s. Always had first class service in all aspects of purchases. Still being run by the same family for many many years. Great bunch of staff also Mr Towl himself. Great shop for all household equipment. I recommend this shop.
