Went in to Brigid Foley again today and came out with a stunning top having had a good laugh and a cup of tea and generally been treated like a queen! Those ladies really know their stuff! Theres never any pressure to buy - the clothes are all amazing quality and for someone who hates shopping its always a great experience. Thank you - you lovely lot
I am extremely disappointed with Brigid Foley. Having been an internet customers for some time, when I found myself in Tavistock I visited the shop. I live in Droset. I tried on several outfits none of which looked good on me but then I was rather badgered to try on and buy an outfit that did not have a price tag attached. I reluctantly purchased the outfit without checking the price and when I got home was very surprised at both the quality and price. I decided to return the item, with tags still in place and in pristine condition, and asked for a refund. I received a credit note for the 170 pounds spent, no refunds evidently being available at the shop but no such problem from their online arm. At no time was I advised that they did not give refunds. Leaves a very nasty taste in the mouth and needless to say I will never visit the shop or their online arm again. I will be returning the Credit Note as I so rarely visit Devon.
Bought a Gorgeous Skirt and matching Jacket online without trying it on earlier this year, staff were so friendly and helpful measuring items and advising which size to get, I just wish I lived nearer, Beautiful clothing and an amazing website, I highly recommend them !!
