well I cant say they were V unhelpful as they wouldn't even answer the phone!! 1st I heard someone then phone went dead, 2nd woman answers then it cuts off, then 3 times it rings then switches to engaged as if someone deliberately cuts it off. OK so you dont want my business, thats a sale of 2 tyres you just lost.Heres and important sales tip, ANSWER THE PHONE but if you dont want the business you WONT get it what a bunch of losers

Very unhelpful and unfriendly on the phone. Also incorrect information relating to parts (radiator caps). Tried a local independent parts store instead and the service was great.
