I bought a Jaguar XF recently from Charles at DRB. The experience went very smoothly so no complaints. After a few weeks there was an electrical issue with the Jaguar so subsequently I called up Charles and he got the car booked in to the workshop. Dave from the workshop contacted me to explain that he would need to send it over to a Jag Specialist who had the correct software to deal with the issue. The car was away being repaired for a week and in this time they provided me with an alternative one to get about in and also kept me updated on the progress. After a week I picked up the car which they had kindly cleaned for me, both inside & out and the fault was sorted. I'd just like to say a thank you to DRB for the way in which this was handled. Great after sales service!

Wow. What a place. I purchased a ford mondeo 3 weeks ago. Within 24 hours I had major issues with it. Charles and David I want to say thank you.
