Not just pastys, panini's, sandwiches, cakes & much more. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean.
Poor experience yesterday.... felt rushed into ordering, but my own fault as should have said not ready. Couldn't drink my coffee as tasted bitter. Forgot to ask if butter or spread was used, it's spread, so didn't get to ask for it with out. Spread ruined a really tasty Tuna & pepper filling. Staff on this occasion not helpful.
Well worth a visit. Good selection of pasties and other food, very nice and reasonable. Recommended.
Good local cafe. The pasties IMHO are the best in Tavistock. The hand made take away sandwiches are excellent. The sit down and eat food is good. Superb rocky road and millionaires shortbread.
Milk shouldnt be steamed past 60 degrees. When you do, it burns the coffee and also the mouth! Burnt coffee becomes very bitter. When a customer explains the Coffee is very hot, bitter and burnt their mouth, don't scoff and whisper while looking at the customer making them feel as if THEY did something wrong. Learn to make coffee correctly and learn some professionalism.
